How it works

You hold. Traders pay rent.

Every trade on the pool pays a fee. That fee is the rent, and it goes straight to holders in ETH. No staking, no lockups, nothing to do but hold your popcorn.

1

Traders pay rent

Every buy and sell on the $POPC pool pays a fee into the bucket.

2

The bucket fills

Rent piles up in the bucket through every cycle.

3

You collect rent

Holders collect their share of the rent in ETH.

The Rentculator

Do the rent math.

A what-if, not a promise. Set your bag, a holding time and a rent pace, and see the rent. Numbers are just for show.

What-if only. The token isn't live yet. Assumes a 1B supply and an example rent pool of about 0.05 ETH per cycle. Real rent depends on actual trading volume, which nobody can predict.

Estimated rent

Your share of supply0.50%
Rent per cycle0.0000 ETH

Just an example. Not financial advice. Popcorn is volatile.

Proof of rent

Check your rent.

Once $POPC is live, paste a wallet to see the rent it has collected. Not live yet. The token hasn't been deployed.

How you get paid

How the rent reaches you.

1

Hold

Keep $POPC in your wallet. It's time-weighted, so the longer and more you hold, the bigger your cut of the rent.

2

Cycle ends

Each cycle snapshots holders and works out everyone's share of the rent.

3

Rent posted

Your share is published onchain, provable and permissionless.

4

Collect

Collect your rent in ETH anytime. Unclaimed rent rolls over. No lockups.

Fine print, plain English

Questions from the front desk.

Do I have to stake or lock anything?

No. Just hold $POPC in your own wallet. Your share of the rent is worked out from time-weighted balances each cycle. No staking, no lockups.

Where does the rent come from?

From real trading fees on the $POPC pool. A slice of every trade goes to holders as ETH. No emissions, no printer. If nobody trades, there's no rent.

Why ETH?

Rent is paid in plain ETH, straight to holders. No wrapped tokens, no new supply minted.

Is it live yet?

Not yet. $POPC hasn't been deployed. This page is a pre-launch preview. Metrics, the leaderboard and rent lookup switch on once the token is live.

Is this guaranteed income?

No. Rent depends entirely on trading volume, which is unpredictable and often zero. The Rentculator is just a what-if, not a promise. This is a volatile memecoin.

How do I collect?

Once live, connect your wallet and collect any rent that has piled up. Unclaimed rent rolls over and nothing expires.
